CANCELLATION POLICY

If it is necessary to cancel your appointment, please call the Centre at ( 519) 433-2220, 24 hours in advance . If you do not reach the receptionist, please leave a detailed message on the voice mail. Appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to timely health care. If notification is not received within this time frame, a no-show fee of $45.00 will be charged for booked appointments under 60 minutes and $75.00 for booked appointments of an hour or more in duration.
